This notice describes the MyWorkoutFuel beta waitlist website. The iPhone app will have its own privacy information before you use it.

What the waitlist collects

When you join, we store your email address, signup time, and, when available, the campaign tags and referring website that brought you here. We use your email to contact you about MyWorkoutFuel beta access.

Basic website measurement

A random identifier stored in your browser for up to 90 days helps us count visits and understand how many visitors join. We store the referring website’s origin, not its full page address or search query. Campaign details are retained for your browsing session. This site does not use advertising pixels or collect your meals, workouts, or health information.

Storage and access

Waitlist data is stored separately from the app’s data. Only the server can write to the waitlist database; the public website cannot read email addresses. Our hosting and database providers process this information to operate the website. We do not sell waitlist information.

Abuse prevention

For a short time, we keep a keyed hash of the connection’s IP address to limit repeated submissions. The waitlist does not store the raw IP address. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Your choices

Joining is optional. You can clear this website’s browser storage at any time. You can ask us to remove your signup by replying to a beta email. We use waitlist information only to operate the waitlist and invite participants.
